The app will not let me change my pre-existing reservations. Whenever I get to the last step and click "confirm," the app says, "We are unable to modify your reservation at this time. Try again later." I have been trying for three days now to no avail. Now I am stuck with at least two train rides which I cannot take.

If you're going to make an app- make it work !!! Won't let me use credit voucher. And now nearer the journey -the prices have ballooned. Which means I'll probably cancel my journey. 💩💩💩
Purchase, modify, FAQs, prettrip COVID questions, etc, this app is well thought out. It is SUPER easy to use.
I think the app could use a revision. When you are trying to type in a station, the predictive part kicks you out when the first couple of letters pops up with multiple stations and it keeps doing it until it finally comes up with your station choice. If you are a regular, sometimes it's hard to change your starting station because it says that you can't have the same station as your arrival station and no way to change without going back. However, the info on amenities, etc. is excellent.
So hard to just buy a ticket for a quick trip.
The app is very easy to use.
I've seen multiple apps but this one is great with flex and easy that's why we need apps on our phone.
I like riding in the train. And I like I am track trains. Comfortable enough, access to cafe/bar car, able to read, watch video, sleep...what more could I ask for?
